From 15 metre-wide palaces to 3 metre-wide pavilions, we can find a marquee to suit your event and space. We also have a selection of our own bespoke designs, including marquees with church-style roofs, porthole windows, or octagon-shaped ends.

We can add gazebos, entrance porches and walkways. Just let us know what you need, and what you like, and we can create the perfect party space for you.

Drapes, swags and glittery ceilings - those things that really make a difference. We have recently introduced printed linings; beautiful Indian fabrics which add an exotic, lush touch to the marquee’s decor. Have a look at our gallery to get an idea of what can be done with a simple marquee to create something truly spectacular.

A starlit, LED ceiling or a magnificent chandelier: our large collection of lighting can suit any theme or mood. And we don’t stop at marquee lighting: we can also provide floodlights and architectural lighting for buildings and trees, for that real “wonderland” feeling.

All our equipment is certified to meet current fire regulations, and the electrical apparatus is checked in line with Portable Appliance Testing regulations.

Different events have different energy requirements. It may be a case of simply running a few 13 amp cables from your house. Or, our NIC-registered electricians can wire into your existing fuse board. For larger or more isolated events, we have a range of generators available for hire.

Once we have established the number of kilowatts needed, we can sort out the best solution. Our technicians will also ensure that all the cabling is as discreet as possible.

We have a JLB public address system – not only ideal for after-dinner speeches, but great for plugging in an iPod or CD player for background music. We can also arrange string quartets, rock bands, mobile discos, and complete sound and lighting systems.

But in the end, nothing beats the buzzing sound of a happy crowd – and we can definitely guarantee this.

Coir (coconut) matting is popular, and we can also provide carpet. We use waterproof underlay or hard flooring as an underlay, depending on the terrain.

And let your imagination run riot colour-wise – shocking-pink dance floor, anyone?

From medieval banquets to chic cocktail parties, we have the style to suit. We have a wide variety of shapes and sizes of chairs and tables. We can also provide chair covers and table linen, in colours to match your scheme.

All our linen costs include laundering. Another box ticked for you.

James (a former chef) and Nina both have a great understanding of the catering industry, and are extremely experienced in event management.

The Zanotti units are of excellent build quality, with interior lights and twin doors for easy access. With the internal space measuring 2510x1305x1950mm, there’s a lot of champagne room. Our main men, Richard “Doesn't miss a trick” Wood and Dan “Always there” Bryant, along with the rest of the team, provide an excellent service. Friendly, professional and reassuring, they’ve worked with us for years. All the staff receive on-going, appropriate training in health and safety, fire safety, customer service etc.

The team is smartly turned-out in our uniform, and will help run your event with expertise and discretion.

With our catering background, Abbas Marquees is perfectly positioned to ensure that the food and drink is exceptional. We work with some great people: we can either manage the catering ourselves, or put you in touch with our catering colleagues.

And it doesn’t stop at caterers of course. We can provide everything from refrigerated trailers and portable kitchen equipment down to the last, tiny teaspoon.

We think through every detail of your event. And we mean every detail.

We focus on everything from the fundamental necessities (lavatories, coat rails, heating) to the final finishing touches (bunting, flag poles, signage).

If you choose a theme, for example, James Bond, we will ensure that everything is 007. (We may not be able to produce the real Daniel Craig, but we’ll have a really good try...)

We have a great list of contacts in the entertainment and hospitality industry. We work with some great pyrotechnicians (chaps with fireworks), musicians and DJs. Behind the scenes, we have great relationships with various catering companies, florists and electricians. Our clients’ requests have run from bars to laser shows, and we have always delivered.
